About You | Do It Yourself

No, we’re serious.  If there is a way to empower you to resolve your own knowledge-sharing, force-multiplication, or other systems-related problems under your own steam (and perhaps some help from our widgets or processes), it represents the pinnacle of our achievement.

If you can do it yourself, you’ll know who showed you the way; and hopefully we’ll hear about your success.

Despite that desire for self-propelled advancement, we’ll acknowledge that it’s a hard thing to achieve.  You might know that in the beginning or you might only find out half-way through the race.  In any event, there are ways in which we can partially help.  This “coaching” time allows you to decide if you want to be pushed into acting or if you just want someone to fill-in the blanks in your conceptions.

In the end, our role is always the same: we educate about what should and can be; and we make frameworks to achieve those ends.  Sometimes that strength involves creating a framework as a solution to your problem, while other times it involves showing you how to use what we may have already built to solve a another problem.

At the same time, sometimes things just need to “get done.”  Turn-key, holistic approaches, etc.  If somewhere “along the solution,” there’s a need for the sharing of knowledge in diverse ways, or the inclusion of vast sources of rich media, we’ll be able to line up the troops and lead the charge for you.

We want you to try to bootstrap to a solution, but if that fight’s not possible or desirable, we have the safety net.
